Topsy Reservoir and campground is approximately 20 miles southwest of Klamath Falls, Oregon or 44 miles east of Ashland, Oregon on State Highway 66.
This site is in a Ponderosa pine forest and located on the shores of J.C. Boyle Reservoir.
Topsy Recreation Site offers barrier free, universal design in most of its facilities. From the Topsy campground you are within easy access to the vast coniferous forest lands of the southern Cascade range as well as the federally designated Wild and Scenic Upper Klamath River Canyon.
Visitors are often treated to views of Bald Eagle, American Kestrel, American White Pelican, Great Blue Heron, Steller's Jay, Gray Jay, several duck species and geese.
From Klamath Falls, take Highway 97 south to the Highway 140/Highway 66 junction. Turn right and head west on Highway 66. Travel through the town of Keno, and continue west for about 5 miles. Topsy Recreation Site is located 1 mile south of Highway 66 - follow the signs. Seasonal campground hosts or park rangers are available to assist visitors. GPS: 122° 2' 21.82" W, 42° 7' 59.80" N.
